Purchases & Refunds

We do not offer refunds on online courses. A refund may be offered on memberships after careful evaluation of the case.
Coupon code can be redeemed at the cart page during check-out.

Making Courses

Username cannot be changed but You can change your account name anytime from the account settings which can be accessed from the rightmost top corner.
You can unsubscribe to our email system anytime by clicking on the unsubscribe button present at the bottom of the email.
Passwords can be changed from the profile settings page. You can also request a password change from our support team by writing to us at support@sagarmusicacademy.com
Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to helpdesk@sagarmusicacademy.com.
Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associate e-mail addresses.
